Planner Cost Controller- Civil engineer , EMIRATS ARABES UNIS

Qualifications and Experience:
- Engineering and or technical degree diploma with five (5) years experience in the development and creation of detailed production schedules within Construction environment.
- Experience working in oversea and Compound environment is preferred.

Communication Skills:
- Good communication and report writing skills.
- Fluent in English oral and written.

Knowledge:
- PCC accountability and responsibility.
- Detailed knowledge and experience with Primavera.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office.

Job Description Scope and Responsibilities:
- Using Primavera project planning software creates and update detailed production schedules based upon the Owners Pipe Requests.
- Communication with the production manager to implement the production schedule.
- Assist in the tracking of permanent material inventory levels.
- Monitor the status of Construction Material items (complete/ accepted/ rejected).
- Tracking of productivity and issuance of reports on a monthly basis.v- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
- Apply and observe all safety regulations and requirements.
