Financial Director, ALSCON smelter - Nigeria


Basic responsibilities:

- Control over preparation and implementation of financial planning, business-planning and budgeting.
- Development and introduction of cost control and accounting systems.
- Control over implementation of key economic (financial) indicators, business optimization.
- Development of indirect costs budgeting, capex consolidated budget and cash flow budget.
- Financial reporting.
- Tax efficiency management.
- Communication with financial institutions (banks, auditing companies, etc.).
- Deadline follow-up as for development and submission of financial reports to external agencies.
- Financial risk management.
- Formulation of business decisions based on the review of financial reports.
- Review of inconsistencies arising from the audit of documents related to cost accounting, preparation of measures aiming at their anticipation and prevention.

Basic requirements:
- Higher financial and economic education.
- Fluent English.- At least 3 year experience in the relevant position with a big industrial company.
- Knowledge of basic financial management, budgeting process.
- Excel and З advanced user, SAPR3 is an advantage.
